1. About FILMME

FILMME Media Production is a UAE-based creative and technology-driven media production agency specializing in cinematic content creation, post-production, visual effects, immersive visual solutions, hologram systems, LED and laser visual engineering, events production, and intelligent media workflows.

FILMME operates strictly as a media production and experiential content agency and does not provide digital marketing, media buying, influencer management, or advertising account management services unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • “FILMME”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to FILMME Media Production, Office Dubai No. 101–401, owned by Ahmed Mohammed Abdulrahman Al-Bahr Al-Khabaisi, United Arab Emirates.
  • “Website” refers to any website, landing page, or digital platform owned or operated by FILMME.
  • “Services” refers to all media production, creative, technical, and experiential services provided by FILMME.
  • “Client” refers to any individual, company, or governmental entity engaging FILMME for Services.
  • “User” refers to any person accessing or using the Website.
  • “Content” refers to all text, visuals, graphics, videos, audio, designs, concepts, scripts, layouts, software, and materials displayed on or delivered through the Website or Services.
  • “UAE Law” refers to the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Website or engaging FILMME’s Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms are legally binding from the first date of access or engagement.

FILMME reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Access and Use of the Website

The Website is provided for informational purposes only. FILMME does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code

FILMME provides professional media production services including, but not limited to:

  • Pre-production and creative direction
  • Video production and cinematography
  • Post-production, editing, and color grading
  • Visual effects (VFX) and CGI
  • AI creative and intelligent media production
  • Hologram solutions
  • LED screen and laser visual solutions
  • Events production and experiential content

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project are defined exclusively in written proposals, quotations, or contracts agreed with the Client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, approvals, and assets
  • Ensure that all supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights
  • Obtain all necessary legal permissions, releases, and approvals

FILMME shall not be responsible for delays, limitations, or outcomes caused by incomplete information, inaccurate materials, or delayed approvals.

Clients indemnify FILMME against any claims arising from materials supplied by the Client.

7. Creative Discretion, Revisions & Approvals

FILMME applies professional judgment, creative discretion, and technical expertise in executing all projects.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Projects include a limited number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal
  • Additional revisions or scope changes may be subject to additional fees

Project timelines are dependent on Client feedback and approval cycles. FILMME is not liable for delays resulting from Client inaction or late approvals.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including concepts, scripts, designs, videos, visuals, and production materials, remain the property of FILMME until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment:

  • Usage rights transfer to the Client only for the agreed purpose and scope
  • Ownership does not extend beyond the terms defined in the contract

FILMME retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, credentials, awards, and marketing purposes, unless restricted by confidentiality obligations or written agreement.

All Website content is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services and Locations

FILMME may collaborate with third-party vendors, venues, suppliers, or service providers. FILMME is not responsible for the terms, performance, or conduct of third parties beyond its direct contractual obligations.

10. Fees, Payments, and Taxes

All fees are specified in proposals or agreements and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Failure to make payments in accordance with agreed terms may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Delayed delivery
  • Termination of the engagement

FILMME reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts in accordance with UAE law.

11. Confidentiality

Both FILMME and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.

Confidentiality obligations survive project completion or termination, except where disclosure is required by UAE law.

12. No Guarantee of Commercial or Marketing Results

FILMME provides professional media production services with due care and expertise.
However, FILMME does not guarantee marketing performance, audience reach, engagement, sales, conversions, or commercial results, as outcomes depend on external factors beyond production execution.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

  • FILMME’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant Services
  • FILMME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • FILMME is not liable for failures caused by third parties, force majeure events, or Client negligence

14. Force Majeure

FILMME shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, governmental actions, technical failures, or third-party disruptions.

15. Termination

FILMME may suspend or terminate Services if:

  • These Terms are breached
  • Instructions are unlawful or unethical
  • Payments are overdue

Termination does not release the Client from payment obligations for work already performed.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

These Terms are provided in English. In case of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
